- Super-fast response time of less than five nanoseconds.
- Overvoltages are safely shunted to a ground via an 11" (17.9-cm) braided wire and chassis frame.
- Failsafe design destroys the port rather than the equipment if an extreme surge exceeds the panels' surge capacity.
