Responsible for leading the Group Human Resources function, and for developing and executing the HR strategy with a focus on Talent Management, Performance Management, and training and development as well as the areas Internal Communication and Environment, Social and Governance (ESG).
Responsible for IT services towards customers, vendors and employees including technology stack, digital insights, and marketing.
Responsible for the overall logistics strategy to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and reliability that align with customer demand and business objectives.
Responsible for strategic product management across all our business lines including procurement and planning.
