The H221 HBA has been optimized for connection to the new HP StorageWorks P2000 G3 SAS Modular Smart Array, and is designed to drive cost-effective and reliable scalability in today’s data centers.
Latest generation 6 Gb/s SAS ASIC provides greater performance for shared storage. Unlike previous generations, the HP H221 HBA now supports SAS Tape Drives offered by HP. Two external 4x SAS connectors offer flexibility in connecting shared devices to optimize system performance.
