Thanks to the intelligent "PERFECT 7" charge technology, the Comfort Plus ensures that batteries are fully charged precisely and quickly. The fully automatic 7-step charge process maximises the service life and performance of your rechargeable batteries. The innovative charge process is based on the latest knowledge from rechargeable battery research and takes into account a multitude of different parameters. As a result it is one of the most highly developed and innovative chargers on the market.

PERFECT 7 CHARGING – The next level NiMH charging technology
1. Rapid capacity test
Immediately after being inserted, the rapid capacity test determines the residual charge of your rechargeable battery and displays this in the LED panel for 5 seconds. The automatic detection of low-performance rechargeable batteries prevents unpleasant surprises.
2. Gentle pre-charging
A weak or deep-discharged rechargeable battery can be pre-charged with low current if required.
3. Rechargeable battery analysis
The rechargeable battery behaviour is analysed and evaluated to determine whether it can still be used reliably or if it is faulty.
4. Rapid charge mode
The new Comfort Plus from ANSMANN charges your compatible NiMH rechargeable batteries with up to 650 mA in a rapid and controlled process. This saves you not only wasted time but also enables you to manage with fewer rechargeable batteries in total.
5. IQ shutdown
Several protective mechanisms prevent the batteries inserted from overheating or overcharging. So you can sit back comfortably while your battery is being recharged to full capacity.
6. Top-off charging
This stage ensures that the battery is gently charged to 100% full.
7. Trickle charging
The battery is kept in a fully charged state by means of charging pulses.

Intuitive and compact
Thanks to the compact design of the charger it can be easily taken along when travelling. It is intuitive to use and works on the simple principle of insert and go. The clear LCD display makes reading the respective battery status child’s play.

Discharge function
The charger is equipped with a discharge function for AAA and AA batteries. We recommend using this pre-discharge function after approx. 10 charging processes to prevent the battery fatigue effect, which reduces the discharge voltage of batteries. This effect occurs if NiMH batteries are often only partially discharged and then recharged.

Suitable for AAA / AA rechargeable batteries and a 9V rechargeable battery
The intelligent quick charger can charge 1-4 NiMH rechargeable batteries, size AAA / AA or 1-2 AAA / AA rechargeable batteries and one 9V PP3 rechargeable battery. It is not necessary to check their size or capacity. Each cell will be individually monitored during the charge process and individually charged to its maximum capacity.
