EET repeats “Green Friday” success

Last year, EET turned “Black Friday” into “Green Friday” with great success thanks to our suppliers' generous contributions. This year, we have invited our suppliers to join us once again in this green initiative and contribute with trees to our forest so we can take climate action together.

At the beginning of 2021, EET entered a partnership with Ecologi, a company dedicated to finding the world’s best climate crisis solutions. Planting trees is one of the best tools for removing carbon pollution from our atmosphere.

Besides our green initiatives and collaborations with our valued suppliers, Ecologi plants 1 tree for every 5 shipments leaving EET’s warehouses. With this year’s “Green Friday”, EET has planted more than 870,000 trees in total together with our suppliers, meaning we will be reaching our 2025 one million tree pledge well ahead of time.
