Visneto is a complete meeting room display and booking management system that is ideally suited outside all conference rooms. Users quickly book directly on site in the well-thought-out menu system or via the calendar on the computer and mobile. New smart error reporting icon allows the user to report errors in both the technology and the status of the conference room.
Responsible for the different functions of the room and technology receives an email from the room with a simple description of the room's problems as an example. If the meeting ends faster than intended, you can end the meeting, which will then receive a shorter booking in the calendar. Features such as automatically releasing the room if the participants are not in place with their own start and stop times optimize the function of the room. It's also possible to browse upcoming days' bookings directly in the screen.
With Visneto Lynx, the screen lights up green, yellow and red LED lights on the sides to amplify and simplifyand convey the status of the room at the moment. The model comes with a built-in wall bracket and, like the rest of Visneto, can be placed both landscape/portrait.
With Visneto, companies and organizations get full control of the meeting rooms. If Visneto Lynx is supplemented with "Visneto Portal, changes in layout, user privileges and screen features can be changed remotely. Also statestik for the room is a new smart feature added to the portal.
With Visneto Lynx, connection to the mail server is done via POE or wifi. With POE, it provides the opportunity to make the exchange of information and electricity supply via only one network cable.
