blends in with surroundings. The Sarix Value Series features excellent image quality with great low light
performance, color fidelity and true wide dynamic range (WDR) for increased visibility in difficult lighting
situations. And with built-in IR illumination, the camera can provide coverage even in total darkness. The
vari-focal lensing gives you the flexibility to set a range of fields of view.
With IP66 and IK10 ratings, the Sarix Value IMV Series can be deployed in a variety of indoor and
environmental settings as well as in vandal prone areas.
Video
Sarix Value Series cameras provide options for three simultaneous video streams. The three streams can
be compressed with efficient H.265, H.264 High or Main profiles, or MJPEG encoding. The streams can be
configured to a variety of resolutions and frame rates. Pelco Smart Compression is available on both H.264
and H.265 to minimize storage and bandwidth utilization.
Open and Integrated
Sarix Value Series cameras seamlessly connect to VideoXpert™, Pelco's video management system as
well as other leading Video Management Systems via the ONVIF Profile S, T, and G Profiles.
Standard Web Interface
Pelco cameras use a standard Web browser interface for easy remote setup and administration. Controls
are optimized for convenient one-step camera configuration for features including color, exposure, flicker
control, wide dynamic range, and streaming.
Basic Analytics
Sarix Value Series cameras feature basic video analytics including Simple Motion Detection, Camera
Tampering, and Audio Detection.
Simple Motion Detection algorithms allow the camera to record or send an alarm when there is motion
detected in a selected zone or within the entire scene.
A Camera Tampering alarm is triggered if the lens is obstructed or when the camera is repositioned.
An Audio Detection alarm is sent when the rise or fall of volume exceeds set limits, or when the input
volume reaches a threshold.
Smart Compression Technology
Smart Compression Technology lowers bandwidth and storage requirements by up to 70%. It allows the
user to make informed optimization between storage savings and image quality.
Pelco’s Smart Compression Technology dynamically analyzes motion occurring within live video in realtime, to intelligently compress the information you don’t need, while retaining details with clear quality in the
areas that are important in the scene. By enabling Dynamic GOP, an added feature of Smart Compression,
the number of I-frames are automatically reduced in scenes with low motion. Based on the complexity of
scenes and presence of motion, up to 70% bandwidth savings can be achieved in scenes such as store
rooms, that have limited entry and exit.
