People are our greatest asset and we work targeted to ensure a safe, healthy, respectful and enjoyable working environment. Learn more about our take on social responsibility here.
EET regularly conducts employee engagement surveys. The many comments our employees provide are an important basis for the further efforts of every team to strengthen our position as a great place to work. Our latest employee engagement survey shows an eNPS (employee engagement score) of 45 and reflects our employee wellbeing.
We have a constant focus on employee health and wellbeing. The number of days absent from work due to own illness stayed at a low level of 1.9% (12m avg) in 2020 and 2.0% in 2021. The continued work-from-home is the main cause of this. We expect the level to go slightly up again.
It is part of the EET DNA to be a trusted and ethical business partner, also when it comes to trust, diversity, equity and inclusion of our employees. We actively promote anti-discrimination, diversity and fair treatment and everyone is entitled to be treated with respect.
