Most HID connections are keyboard emulation with no bidirectional communication possible, and alternative RF technology is expensive. EET developed the Host Controller with a small interface (Raspberry PI) which supports Honeywell HID readers' input, provides Network connection to Web Service / Socket and supports Bidirectional communication.
