Owners of an AMS are entitled to all minor and major product version releases.
Typically, signotec releases anywhere from 1 to 2 major product releases as well as a few minor updates each year.
Priority Technical Support
If the product you licensed does not function according to the product's documentation or you experience any issues, our technical support team will be able to help you on a priority basis. Provided that the issue can be reproduced as an error in the product, signotec will work towards a fix and you will be able to receive the fix as part of the next product update. In many cases, signotec may also provide you with a workaround that you can apply prior to the update.
Buying or Renewing the AMS
1) Purchase the AMS with the product license - This is the easiest and fastest
method.
2) Purchase the AMS within 30 days - Your subscription will be backdated to
the time of the original license purchase.
3) Renew the AMS - The minimum term is two years. The agreement is
automatically extended for another year if it is not terminated 4 weeks before
the end of the calculation period.
