Multi-Device 16 Relay Interface Panel

The Avigilon™ Access Control Manager (ACM)™ system supports open field hardware from Mercury Security allowing organizations to leverage investments in non-proprietary field hardware, with retrofit programs available for industry standard multi-device interface panels, power and communication controller boards, and intelligent controllers.

The AC-MER-M5-16DOR (Mercury M5-16DOR) is a multi-device interface panel for the replacement of the Casi 16DOR input control device. The AC-MER-M5-16DOR is built with a matching form factor to the Casi Micro5 line of access control hardware allowing a fast “screwdriverless” change over and easy migration of a Casi client infrastructure to the Avigilon Access Control Manager system.

Built to provide the ability to control high concentrations of outputs, this panel offers support for 16 general purpose Form C relay contacts capable of being individually configured for timed periods and for fail-safe versus fail secure modes. Relay operation may be initiated by direct operator commands, by time schedules, or by event-based procedures. The relays support “On”, “Off”, and “Pulse” commands. A pulse may range from 1 second to 9 hours.

The AC-MER-M5-16DOR and the Access Control Manager system are integral components in the Mercury M5 Bridge family approach to migrate Micro5 hardware legacy to the flexible, feature rich Mercury access hardware. This ensures customers an open platform future based on Authentic Mercury controllers
